How many reviews can I order at one time?

Currently there is no limit to how many reviews you can order at once. Any reviews over 100 in quantity will take between 6 and 8 weeks to complete.

With a network of over 500 reviewers nationwide, we have one just about in every major city in the country.

Are your foodies professional food reviewers, like those that review for newspapers or magazines?

Nope, our foodies are mostly freelance writers, and food enthusiasts that enjoy a good meal, as well as writing about it. We intentionally employ everyday people to visit our client’s properties and write the reviews as we want a true life experience to come out in the online reviews, as that seems to be what most people searching the web are after.

Why is it worth our money to hire your company?

In short, because people more and more are turning to the internet to find a place THE place to eat in your area. By hiring us you are essentially allowing us to help you get into the conversation for any given type of cuisine that is being searched in your region. Just do a Google search for your cuisine type and city or town name and see what websites come up first. You’ll quickly notice restaurant review sites dominate the listings, thus it makes sense to have your establishment to be a relevant part of such sites.

Is your company affiliated with ANY restaurant review sites on the net today?

No, 100% we are independent of all sites. We are a publicity company that happens to review restaurants on behalf of restaurant owners. We hold no stake in any of the review sites you see online.

Can I use your review in my marketing materials, on my website, and so forth?

Yes, absolutely. We will give you full permission to use our review in any and all marketing materials of your choosing. Further we will happily sign a testimonial release for you so you have documentation to back it up. We’ll even ask our foodie for a picture if you’d like one.

What if I get a review that I don’t like?

While we can’t censor our reviewers from what they write, we do have two guarantees in place to help you feel secure in using our service. First, if you aren’t satisfied with your reviews for any reason we’ll have another review done on your restaurant free of charge. Secondly, we have a 100% no defamation policy. That means our reviewers are not allowed to defame a restaurant in any way, we aren’t in the business of insulting owners, we want to treat others as we’d like to be treated. Our reviews might not always be 100% positive, but they never will contain language that would be defaming in any way.

Is your service confidential?

Yes, absolutely. We are 100% committed to keeping our client list private. We won’t share your name or order details with anyone. All sample reviews done on the site were done by our foodies voluntarily without commission of the establishment, and are just for sample purposes. Your identity is safe with us.

Can you review our restaurant on a site other than what is listed on your homepage?

Yes, as long as there is no fee to join, we can review your restaurant on any 10 additional sites you want us to for free. If you want more than 10 additional sites to have your review posted it will result in an additional package price.

How long does your service take from payment to completion?

While review times vary by region, volume of orders, and other daily business occurrences you can expect your order to be complete within 21 days of payment for any order of 100 or less packages.

Can I pick the foodie to review my establishment?

At this time you cannot, but in the future we might consider it once we have our foodies permission to post their profiles.
